You've asked us to come to do the job, and now you're wondering what to do. To prepare for the job, please clear the work area of all furniture and personal items. If we are coming to install a floor, the entire room must be free everything that touches the floor.
Ding-dong! The Crew Lead will introduce himself to you. Please feel free to discuss any of your concerns with him. He can provide you with job details. The Crew will set up tools and bring in materials needed to complete your job. If a tile saw is needed, they need an area outside that has access to both water and electrical.
Now the magic begins. . .
Depending on the work you have us perform, it will take from a few hours to a few days to complete the job. We work hard to ensure that we complete the job in the amount of time we promise. We will not compromise our quality to "meet a deadline". Rest assured, we will advise you of any problems we encounter and work with you to resolve them. In addition, it will be dusty and dirty when we work. We will clean up daily and at the end of the job. If you have allergies, we recommend either staying away when we are working, or to wear a dust mask.
Do you have pets? Please keep them safe and out of the way while we are working. Let us know where they are located, so we can leave them undisturbed. We love our pets and know you do too.
